The Reserves picked up their second win in the League on Tuesday evening with a comfortable victory over Omagh
The Reserves continued their excellent start to the League with a 10 point victory over Omagh at Healy Park on Tuesday evening.
Playing against a strong wind in the opening half, Ardboe got out of the blocks quickest with points from Nishy O'Neill, Stephen Graham and Shay McGuigan. Omagh gradually got to grips in the game, and opened their account midway through the first half. Nevertheless, Ardboe continued to work the ball well against the wind and a string of further points just before the break opened up a seven point gap at the break, 0-11 to 0-04.
Ardboe started the second half where they left off with long range points from Gavin Wylie and Shay McGuigan extending the lead. Omagh answered with a couple of points of their own, but Ardboe dominated the rest of the game and points from Gavin Wylie, Stephen Graham and a Nishy O'Neill free completed the scoring.
